Overview:
The Digital Support Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Manager of the Digital Transformation Department, supporting day-to-day digital processes. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple digital tools.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and wider digital Transformation Team
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
• Assist with data entry, segmentation, and list management for marketing and communication purposes.
• Assist in the execution of email campaigns
• Monitor and maintain digital platforms (websites, event systems, databases)
• Assist in preparing reports by gathering data from CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign platforms.
• Support the coordination of digital aspects of events, conferences, and exhibitions (registrations, platforms, and attendee data).
• Manage and track software access, user accounts, and permissions across company systems.
• Assist with software and license renewals, including maintaining records and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of digital activities, campaigns, and system usage.
• Liaise with other internal teams to ensure smooth digital operations.
• Undertake and support any other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an administrative role will be considered a plus
• Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and digital tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email marketing, CRM usage, analytics is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with website platforms (e.g., Wix) is an advantage.
