Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC is a law firm having its’ headquarters in Limassol and has been in service for over 30 years. We are looking to grow the team with the Immigration Specialist position to undertake the duties described below.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

·         Liaise with government authorities, embassies and external legal or service providers, ensuring compliance with applicable immigration and labour legislation.

·         Prepare and submit immigration applications, including applications for work permits, residence permits and naturalisation.

·         Accompany clients to relevant government authorities in Limassol and Nicosia, as required.

·         Monitor visa and permit expiry dates and maintain complete and accurate immigration records.

·         Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory developments and provide guidance on immigration-related risks, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• LLB or other University Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3years experience
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions accurately and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client’s management, communication and workplace ethics skills;
• Maturity in handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
