Join RALLITON as an IT Support Engineer (Level 1 & 2)
Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and helping others thrive in their digital workspace? We are seeking driven and customer-focused IT Level 1 & 2 Support Specialists to join our team at a dynamic client site. In this role, you’ll be the essential first point of contact for all technology-related concerns, playing a pivotal part in supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring a seamless user experience.
IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
IT Support Engineer Requirements:
- Proven experience as a help desk engineer/technician or other customer support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience wit Windows Server & Microsoft 365
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
