DOMO Properties, is a rapidly growing Property Development company based in Limassol, specializing in high-end residential and commercial properties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities  

• Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding and translating their needs and preferences into innovative design solutions. 
• Develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed drawings and specifications, for construction purposes. 
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals. 
• Conduct on-site meetings to review progress and maintain quality control. 
• Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects. 
• Manage communications with vendors and suppliers, handling orders and overseeing deliveries. 
• Place and monitor all interior-related orders, ensuring alignment with project budget. 
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals and overall objectives. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architect or Interior Design. 
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer. 
• Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written. 
• Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 
• Good knowledge of 3D software 
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office 
• Eye for Detail 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
