JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facing clients & handling back-office responsibilities
• Arranging meetings with clients for interior design of properties
• Coordination and inspection of Company’s projects
• Coordination and dealing with Company’s clients requests
• Prepare letters/applications where necessary
• Sending Fax and E-mails
• Going out from the office for outside office work when needed
• Other clerical duties when required
• Provide various pre design services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet;
• Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing;
• Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' and market needs.
• Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances;
• Make necessary changes throughout the planning process;

• Supervision of projects from A-Z.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A College Degree/University Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
• Must be willing to be trained.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills).
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
