Περιγραφή εργασίας

International Market Access & Strategy Manager is responsible for driving the market entry, development, and growth of DELORBIS branded medicines across international markets.

 

This role drives end-to-end market expansion initiatives, from market assessment and access strategy through to commercialization and sustainable growth.

 

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate commercial strategy into actionable market entry and expansion plans, ensuring successful execution across assigned countries. The role operates in a fast-paced, international environment and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Travel is required.

 

A challenging task

  • Take ownership of end-to-end international market entry and expansion activities across assigned countries/regions, from initial opportunity assessment through to established commercial operations.

  • Conduct structured market evaluations, including payer landscapes, reimbursement pathways, competitive environments, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements to identify viable market opportunities.

  • Develop and execute country-specific or region-specific market access and commercialization plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies across private, public, and tender-based channels.

  • Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including distributors, local partners, healthcare stakeholders, and commercial agents.

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Quality) to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient market entry execution.

  • Monitor pricing, reimbursement, tender processes, and access barriers, and provide actionable recommendations to improve market penetration and profitability.

  • Track performance of launched markets against sales, volume, and margin targets, and proactively implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and supply coordination with supply chain teams to ensure consistent product availability in each market.

  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on market performance, risks, opportunities, and pipeline development.

  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, lifecycle management, and new product applications within assigned markets.

  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory frameworks, internal governance standards, and ethical requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of international expansion processes, tools, and best practices.

A convincing Background

  • Strong commitment to ethical business conduct and a clear understanding of compliance and anti-bribery standards in international pharmaceutical markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare or business discipline is an advantage.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, market access, business development, or international commercialization roles.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market access dynamics, including pricing, reimbursement, and tender-based procurement systems.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.

  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial and operational plans.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, regulatory frameworks, and financial performance indicators.

  • Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

  • Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
