LEDRA ENA SHIPPING CY LTD and E&Q WORLDWIDE STS OPERATIONS are inviting applications from motivated, responsible and highly organized individuals interested in joining our International Shipping & Marine Operations Department at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Our companies provide a comprehensive range of shipping, offshore and marine services internationally, with operations extending from South America and Europe to the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Far East.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and, above all, an outstanding team spirit to join our established operations team.

Position: International Shipping & Marine Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidates will assist our management and senior operations personnel with the daily coordination, administration and follow-up of worldwide shipping and marine services.

Their responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and handling operational enquiries, nominations, appointments and service instructions.
* Coordinating shipping agency services, vessel requirements, owners’ matters and general marine operations.
* Assisting with towage, diving, offshore support, STS operations, bunkering, crew changes, supplies and other marine-related services.
* Maintaining professional and continuous communication with shipowners, charterers, vessel operators, masters, port agents, suppliers, subcontractors and relevant authorities worldwide.
* Preparing clear, accurate and professional email correspondence, operational instructions, confirmations and progress reports.
* Ensuring all incoming emails, operational requests and outstanding matters are acknowledged, coordinated and followed up promptly.
* Providing regular operational updates to clients, management and all relevant parties.
* Monitoring each assigned operation from the initial nomination and planning stages through execution, completion and final reporting.
* Maintaining accurate records, operational documentation and proper handover between team members.
* Identifying potential delays, operational difficulties or outstanding requirements and escalating them promptly to senior management.

International Operations & Duty Arrangements

As our services operate worldwide across different time zones, our Operations Department must maintain effective communication and coordination beyond standard office hours when required.

The position therefore includes:

* Full-time, office-based employment in Limassol, Cyprus.
* Participation in a rotating operational duty schedule, approximately one week at a time, shared among the operations team.
* During the assigned duty week, availability for operational coordination, communication and follow-up until 23:00 Cyprus time, according to the agreed duty arrangements.
* Coordination of international services involving different time zones, including South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.
* Proper handover of ongoing operations and outstanding matters between duty personnel and colleagues.

The duty arrangement is intended to ensure continuity of operations, balanced teamwork and timely client communication. Working hours, availability requirements and applicable compensation or rest arrangements will be explained during the recruitment process in accordance with Cyprus employment legislation.

Candidate Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and email correspondence.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, vessel agency, marine services or operations coordination will be considered an advantage.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail, professional judgment and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
* Willingness to learn, develop professionally and build a long-term career within our group.

Previous maritime experience is welcome but not mandatory. We are prepared to train individuals who demonstrate the right capabilities, attitude and professional character.
