As an iOS Developer, you will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of iOS mobile applications. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who hold proven experience in iOS application development, with specific knowledge of SwiftUI. You will need to have a solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, along with familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th salary, and Provident Fund.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Diagnose performance issues and fix bugs to increase the functionality and performance of new applications.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Key Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in iOS app development.
Knowledge of SwiftUI.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
Knowledge of secure coding practices.
Technical analysis and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies.
Nice to Have:
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
Understanding of code versioning tools.
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc...
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Worked with MVVM software architectural pattern.
