Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, a prestigious 5-star hotel and proud member of Sunnyseeker Hotels, renowned for its exceptional hospitality, is seeking an IT manager to join our dedicated team. This key role is essential in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

 

Position Summary

The IT Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the hotel's information technology infrastructure. The role ensures the reliable operation of all IT systems, supports hotel operations, safeguards data and network security, and provides timely technical assistance to all departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·          Manage and maintain the hotel's entire IT infrastructure, including computer networks, servers,                  telecommunication systems, Wi-Fi, cable TV systems, and related technologies.

·          Implement, coordinate, monitor, and maintain hotel systems, ensuring optimal performance,        

           reliability, and security.

·          Evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of IT systems and recommend improvements where                  necessary.

·          Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual IT operating budget and accurately forecast IT                    

           expenditure.

·          Ensure all software licenses remain valid, compliant, and properly documented.

·          Develop, implement, and maintain data security, system integrity, disaster recovery, and backup procedures.

·          Provide technical support, user training, guidance, and troubleshooting for all hotel employees.

·          Test, maintain, and upgrade systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.

·          Manage secure remote access for authorized users.

·          Recommend innovations that improve hotel operations.

·          Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures for all IT equipment and systems.

·          Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, telephone, and peripheral equipment                issues.

·          Install, configure, and replace computer hardware and components as required.

·          Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, access rights, and password administration.

·          Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, suppliers, software vendors, and            external IT service providers.

·          Maintain complete documentation of all IT assets, systems, licenses, configurations, and network                infrastructure.

·          Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and applicable data protection              regulations.

·          Be available to respond promptly to critical IT incidents to minimize operational disruption.

Qualifications

·          Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems,              or a related field.

·          Minimum of two years' experience in a similar IT management or IT support role, preferably within              the hospitality industry.

·          Excellent written and spoken English.

·          Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and                  hotel technology platforms.

·          Experience supporting hotel systems such as PMS, POS, key card systems, IPTV, telephone                         systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and payment systems is an advantage.
