Main Responsibilities:

·         Lead, develop and implement IT initiatives that enable the company to compete more dynamically and improve efficiency of the normal way of business.

·         Understand the real estate process cycle.

·         Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)

·         Develops and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development

·         Responsible for the drafting and the maintenance of the Departmental Yearly Budget

·         Responsible for initiating and assigning projects as necessary

·         Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary

·         Lead vendor and managed service provider (MSP) relationships, including SLA negotiation, licensing renewals, and contract management

·         Ensure consistency of systems, licensing, and technology decisions across all group entities

·         Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies

·         Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly

·         Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to COO.

·         Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

Necessary requirements:

·         7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a management or team-lead capacity

·         Proven experience managing IT budgets and vendor/MSP relationships

·         Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams) and ERP/CRM systems

·         Strong team leading skills

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent knowledge of English and Greek Language both oral and written
