Join a leading healthcare organisation and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly across Cyprus.

We are looking for a practical, organised and service-oriented IT Officer. The role focuses primarily on providing first-line support to colleagues, resolving common hardware and connectivity issues, coordinating with our external IT providers and supporting our blood collection points when required.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees requiring IT assistance.
• Troubleshoot common day-to-day issues involving computers, printers, scanners, user access, standard software, internet connections and other workplace technology.
• Set up and prepare computers, user accounts and equipment for new and existing employees, following established procedures.
• Identify issues that require specialist support and coordinate their resolution with the Group's IT team or external IT providers.
• Visit blood collection points across Cyprus when on-site assistance is required.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Keep clear records of reported issues, actions taken and completed resolutions.
• Prepare routine IT reports and assist with maintaining internal procedures and documentation.
• Support the local implementation of new systems, equipment and IT projects under the guidance of the relevant internal or external specialists.
• Apply established data protection and cybersecurity procedures, including access controls, equipment security and the reporting of suspicious activity.
• Help colleagues follow good IT and cybersecurity practices.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk support or a similar operational IT role
• Good practical understanding of computers, printers, standard business software, user accounts and basic networking
• Ability to diagnose common technical issues and recognise when they should be escalated
• A problem-solving attitude with an ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience
• Willingness to travel to various locations across Cyprus when needed
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language; both written and verbal 
• Basic awareness of cybersecurity risks, data protection and safe IT practices
• Relevant degree.
