IT OFFICER

We are looking for a full-time IT Officer to join the IT section of the Finance and Administration Department.
JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will manage and maintain hardware, software (including Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux), and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations. He/She will collaborate with the team to design, implement, and monitor secure IT and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with CHKS, GDPR, and NIS2 standards. ,
Additionally, the successful candidate will support IT projects, audits, and certifications, contributing to the continuous improvement and resilience of the organization’s technology environment.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields; and
- A minimum of 2 years of job-related experience;
- Very good command of the Greek and English languages
Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas will be considered as an advantage:
- Network Skills: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls; deploying advanced security solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and protection against cyber threats.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools (ie. Kali Linux, Nessus) and SIEM platforms.
- Risk Management: Expertise in identifying and mitigating cyber risks; knowledge of data governance and regulatory frameworks (i.g. GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001)
- Certifications: Holding of industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, CISM, and CEH, proven expertise in information security and ethical hacking.
