IT OFFICER

We are looking for a full-time IT Officer to join the IT Office of the Institute.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will manage and maintain hardware, software (including Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux), and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations. He/she will work with the rest of the IT team to design, implement, and monitor secure IT solutions, in line with applicable regulatory and best practice requirements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support IT projects and continued improvement initiatives that will strengthen the organization’s technology environment.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields; and
• A minimum of 2 years of job-related experience;
• Very good command of the Greek and English languages

Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas will be considered as an advantage:

• Network & Infrastructure: Experience with servers, operating systems and networking equipment, including  firewalls and switches.
• Cybersecurity: Experience with security tools, monitoring platforms, or vulnerability testing.
• Risk Management: Familiarity with information security practices and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications & Training: Possession of relevant professional certifications or completion of specialised training programs that demonstrate expertise in IT security and ethical hacking.
