IT Service Desk Administrator - Intern

Program Details:•    Duration: 8/06/2026 – 07/08/2026•    Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week•    Location: Limassol (Full-time office based)

About  the Role:As an intern in the IT Service Desk department, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of exciting tasks, including user hardware setup, asset management, and data validation for IT systems. You'll have the chance to sharpen your technical skills by setting up and enrolling devices into the Microsoft Azure environment, managing the full lifecycle of devices, and configuring peripherals to ensure smooth user experience. You'll also work with industry tools like JIRA and Confluence, learning how to navigate and utilize them effectively. Throughout your internship, you'll be mentored by experienced professionals and receive dedicated training, including guidance on using JIRA and support from an escalation point of contact for any challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical expertise, enhance your communication skills, and contribute to real-world IT projects in a collaborative, supportive environment. 

Main requirements:

• Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant field.
• Minimum academic requirements:
• Copy of academic transcripts is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
