IT Support – Junior Level

Crona Group is seeking an IT Support (Junior Level) professional to join and strengthen our IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end users
• Handle and resolve daily IT requests in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Provide basic support for networks and IT systems

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows / Microsoft 365
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Very good command of Greek and English
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Previous Experience in a similar role (considered an advantage)
