Junior Accountant

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work Model: On-site

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their accounting career who is eager to develop their skills within a dynamic and international working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurate daily input of financial data and filing maintenance.
• Bank reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments.
• Month-end closing: Support the month end closing process by preparing accrual/prepayment schedules, reconciliations and any other necessary reports.
• Assist in improving finance processes and implementing automation as the business grows.
• Assist with ad-hoc requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and Accounts Payable processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
