We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AML Specialist to join our Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a career in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. 
• Support ongoing AML screening, sanctions checks, and risk assessments. 
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation. 
• Assist in preparing internal reports and escalating compliance concerns where necessary. 
• Stay up to date with AML regulations, policies, and industry best practices. 

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as part of an AML Compliance Team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Good communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). 

Preferred Qualifications

• ICA Certification in AML for ICPAC and CBA Members or CySEC AML Certification would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with AML monitoring and compliance systems, including eBOS and/or ComplyTek AML Platforms, will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 8:00 – 13:30 (Half-day Friday)
