The Company:

Our client, Falconeye Advisors is a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, impartial, and effective financial services. Specializing in Transaction Advisory and Fractional CFO services, they provide strategic financial guidance to businesses navigating complex transactions and critical financial decisions.

They work closely with their clients to understand their unique needs and goals, crafting tailored strategies that maximise value and mitigate risks.

The Position:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will support the team with financial analysis, modeling, and reporting efforts while collaborating closely with senior members and external stakeholders.
 

Duties and Resposibilities:

·       Work directly with senior team members and the Managing Director.

·       Assist senior team members with financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

·       Conduct market research on specific industries and assist in the preparation of information memoranda and teasers.

·       Participate in and assist with all stages of a financial transaction, from pitching and preparation of marketing materials to negotiations, due diligence, and closing.

·       Provide clients with quantitative analysis and back-office assistance for existing projects.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Currently pursuing the CFA qualification (Level 1 Candidate).

·       1-2 years of experience.

·       Prior experience in M&A or transaction services is a plus.

·       Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS, USGAAP, UKGAAP) is advantageous.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft tools, such as Excel, Power BI etc.

·       Knowledge of AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or CoPilot.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.

·       Detail-oriented, highly organized, and result-driven.

·       Open to learning and continuous improvement.
 

Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
 

Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
