At Mindthegap Ltd, we help organizations improve the way they work through Management Systems, training and consulting.

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our team, starting with Office Administration & progressing into Consulting.

This is not a traditional Office Administrator position. The candidate will initially take on a range of administrative and coordination responsibilities, getting to know our company, our way of working and our clients. As the successful candidate develops his/her skills and knowledge, the role will progressively evolve towards Management Systems Consulting, with training, mentoring and increasing responsibility along the way.

The journey with us

The candidate will start by supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and team. The responsibilities will include:

• Managing emails, calls and general correspondence.
• Organizing documents, records and company files.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
• Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Providing administrative and organizational support to the consulting team.
• Keeping track of tasks, deadlines and day-to-day priorities.

As the candidate becomes familiar with our business and processes, he/she will gradually become involved in consulting activities, including:

• Supporting the development and implementation of Management Systems.
• Working with ISO standards and related requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing procedures, documentation and records.
• Supporting client projects and consulting assignments.
• Participating in client meetings and project activities.
• Assisting with internal audits and other Management Systems activities.

Our goal is for the candidate to progressively move from supporting the team to taking ownership of his/her own tasks, projects and client activities — developing into a Management Systems Consultant with the knowledge, confidence and experience to work independently.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Management, Quality, Environmental Studies or another relevant field

• Organized, reliable, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage different priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable communication with clients and professionals.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Confident using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in ISO Standards  is not required, as full training will be provided.
