Key Responsibilities

• Act as an authorised representative of the company when required
• Prepare and sign administrative and corporate documentation
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, banks, and corporate service providers
• Assist with communication with local authorities and institutions
• Support corporate governance and compliance procedures

Requirements

• Cypriot citizenship
• Experience in corporate administration, company secretarial work, legal or compliance is an advantage, but not required
• Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willing to undergo identity verification and sign formal corporate agreements

Engagement

• Compensation monthly or on the annual basis.
• Formal service agreement.
• Flexible workload (typically only a few hours per month).
• Full legal support from attorneys and accountants.

• Work Location: Remote
