Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an authorised representative of the company when required
- Prepare and sign administrative and corporate documentation
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, banks, and corporate service providers
- Assist with communication with local authorities and institutions
- Support corporate governance and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Cypriot citizenship
- Experience in corporate administration, company secretarial work, legal or compliance is an advantage, but not required
- Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to undergo identity verification and sign formal corporate agreements
Engagement
- Compensation monthly or on the annual basis.
- Formal service agreement.
- Flexible workload (typically only a few hours per month).
- Full legal support from attorneys and accountants.
Work Location: Remote
