Learn about your role 
As a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution, optimisation, and performance tracking of growth initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to help convert inbound leads into activated and converted customers through structured campaigns, data-driven decisions, and continuous testing. 
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is analytical, organised, and eager to understand how growth marketing operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. 
 
What you’ll be doing 

• Drive activations and conversions from inbound leads across digital channels 
• Execute and optimise email marketing, push notifications, and on-site pop-ups 
• Support internal activities aimed at improving funnel conversion (CRM flows, lead scoring, follow-ups) 
• Assist with campaign optimisation through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis 
• Create and manage marketing promotions, offers, and campaign assets 
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on growth strategy, goals, and execution 
• Coordinate tasks within the marketing team, track progress, and ensure timely completion 
• Handle internal translations of marketing materials and campaign content 
• Prepare regular performance reports on campaigns, funnels, and KPIs 
• Maintain marketing documentation, workflows, and basic automation logic 
• Ensure campaigns follow brand, compliance, and regulatory guidelines 

What you need to have 

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, CRM, or digital marketing 
• Basic understanding of conversion funnels, lead lifecycle, and performance metrics 
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms 
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail 
• Good organizational and time-management skills 
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing 
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets 
• Strong written communication skills in English 
• Experience with ClickUp platform would be considered as advantage 

Will be nice to also have 

• Experience in fintech, trading, or performance-driven environments 
• Experience with A/B testing tools or experimentation frameworks 
• Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting 
• Exposure to marketing automation logic (triggers, workflows, lifecycle stages) 
• Additional language skills
