About the Role

Demstar Information Technologies is a leading provider of innovative Information Technology solutions and services to the business community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Team as a Junior IT Sales Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in technology sales and consulting. The successful candidate will receive structured training, mentoring, and exposure to leading technology solutions while developing relationships with customers and partners.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with our sales, technical, and delivery teams to support business development activities and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Demstar's solutions and services to prospective and existing corporate customers.

•  Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. 

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular communication and meetings.

• Understand customer business challenges and assist in identifying suitable technology solutions.

• Participate in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations in cooperation with Demstar's presales team and technology partners.

• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.

• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions.

• Follow technology and market trends to develop industry knowledge.

• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Participate in commercial activities across Cyprus as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong interest in technology and business development.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively.

• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to develop professionally.

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Considered an Advantage

• Exposure to Information Technology products or services.

• Participation in technology-related projects, internships, or certifications.

Additional Notes

• Must have valid driver’s license.

• We are offering a competitive remuneration package which includes 13th Salary, Provident Fund and target-based bonus scheme.

• Working hours: 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:15 – 13:00 on Fridays (Friday afternoon Off)

• Flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home may be available where the role allows, with the number of days to be agreed with management.
