About the Role
Uniclean Chemical & Gases Ltd is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy Junior IT & Systems Assistant to join our IT Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about technology, business systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager, receive hands-on training, and gain practical experience in IT operations, business applications, system administration, and digital transformation projects.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited to grow professionally in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with user account management, access permissions, and basic IT security procedures.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT providers when necessary.
Business Systems & Reporting
- Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Assist with data management, system testing, and process documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to improve existing business processes.
AI, Automation & Digital Transformation
- Support the development of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other digital tools.
- Participate in AI implementation and business process automation initiatives.
- Assist with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Explore new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or relevant studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
No previous professional experience is required. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
- Understanding of SQL, databases, or APIs.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
