About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support the company’s digital marketing activities across its products and its clients' products.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are interested in marketing and are willing to learn how to use modern digital tools and AI in a practical business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing activities
• Support the creation and management of social media content
• Monitor basic performance metrics and report findings
• Contribute to improving online presence and organic reach
• Use modern tools and AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support day-to-day tasks
• Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends
• Work with internal teams to understand products and messaging

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (optional but recommended for Cyprus expectations)
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Greek and/or English)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, online tools)

Nice to have

• Any prior internship or exposure to marketing
• Interest in digital marketing and social media
• Interest in AI tools and new technologies

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning by doing and is excited to work with modern tools and AI in a fast-evolving environment.
