DART Recruitment is looking to recruit a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing recruitment and consulting company based in Larnaca, Cyprus, on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior marketing professional with 0–2 years of experience who is looking to build a career in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand development within a dynamic and professional business environment.
The position offers a gross monthly salary of €1,100–€1,300, depending on qualifications and experience.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support DART Recruitment's overall marketing strategy, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute to promoting our services across Cyprus and international markets.
The role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, creative content development, advertising campaigns, and brand communication while working closely with our recruitment, marketing, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Content Creation: Design social media graphics, promotional materials, short videos, reels, and other creative content.
Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising.
Brand Development: Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, visibility, and audience engagement.
Website & SEO: Assist with website updates, blog content, and basic search engine optimization activities.
Email Marketing: Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional communications.
Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate advertising activities, media partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor social media engagement, campaign results, and marketing performance metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and business development teams to promote job opportunities, company services, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant professional experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Skills Considered an Advantage
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Google Ads.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar software.
Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
Experience using AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
Basic photography and video production skills.
