About the Role
The Junior Product Specialist supports the development, improvement and delivery of digital products within the Company's fintech environment.

The role works closely with Product, Development, QA, Design and other business teams to understand business and user needs, document product requirements, support feature development and contribute to the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the Company's products.

Role Scope & Responsibility
Works within established product processes, priorities and procedures, with guidance available for complex or unfamiliar matters.

The role is responsible for supporting assigned product activities, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with relevant teams and monitoring the progress of product features, while gradually developing greater product knowledge, ownership and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of digital products and features.
• Gather, document and clarify business and user requirements.
• Assist in preparing user stories, product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support the maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Design and other relevant teams throughout the product-development lifecycle.
• Participate in product planning, sprint planning, reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support feature testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before release.
• Monitor product issues, user feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in reviewing product usage, performance and relevant data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation.
• Support product releases and post-release follow-up activities.
• Communicate product requirements, updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve product functionality, usability and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience.
• Approximately 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Fintech, Technology or a related environment.
• Relevant internships, academic projects or practical experience within product, technology or fintech may also be considered.

Required Knowledge

• Foundational understanding of product development and product lifecycle principles.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic understanding of digital products and user experience.
• Basic understanding of data and product-performance metrics.
• Awareness of the fintech and financial-services environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Considered an advantage:

• Previous internship or experience in Product, Business Analysis or Project Coordination.
• Exposure to fintech, payments, trading, brokerage or financial-services products.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Basic experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in any additional language.

Effort & Role Demands
The role requires sustained concentration, analytical thinking, attention to detail and effective coordination when gathering requirements, reviewing product functionality and supporting product-development activities.

It involves managing assigned priorities, communicating across technical and business teams and responding to changing product requirements and delivery deadlines.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Full-time permanent position.
• Hybrid working arrangement available after 6 months – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:15, including a 45-minute lunch break.
• Friday: 08:30–17:00, including a 30-minute lunch break.
• The role involves regular computer use, meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Increased coordination may occasionally be required around product releases and key project deadlines.

Compensation

Initial salary positioning within the range is determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria relevant to the position, including relevant experience, demonstrated technical knowledge and skills, qualifications and the level of independence demonstrated against the requirements of the role.
