G. Neophytou & Sons Ltd is the leading company specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of aluminium systems for doors, windows and architectural facades in Cyprus. With more than 65 years of experience in the aluminium industry, the company delivers high-quality solutions for residential, commercial and large-scale construction projects.
We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience managing projects from initial design and coordination through installation and completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to build a career in project engineering and project management within an established industry leader. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and technical teams from day one, gaining practical knowledge of project coordination, technical documentation, site activities and the delivery of real aluminium, glazing and façade projects.
No previous aluminium industry and project management experience is required.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of live projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation to help ensure project requirements are understood and followed.
- Assist with tracking approvals, RFIs, submissions and other project documentation.
- Support project planning, progress tracking and follow-up on outstanding actions.
- Visit project sites alongside senior colleagues and gain practical exposure to installation and construction activities.
- Take on progressively greater responsibility as your technical and project management skills develop.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with CAD systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in project engineering and project management.
- Willingness to learn and develop through hands-on experience both in the office and on project sites.
