Junior Sous Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join Jamie’s Italian Nicosia.

What we are looking for:
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for working with fresh, local ingredients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in English and/or Greek
- A pleasant and dynamic personality
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes in line with brand standards
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and high-quality food
- Work efficiently under pressure in a demanding kitchen environment
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and meet brand standards
- Implement and comply with HACCP policies and procedures
