Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, providing them with an overview of the laser tag experience
• Instruct participants on how to properly use laser tag equipment and explain the rules and objectives of the game and ensuring the safety of participants.
• Organize and lead laser tag games, including team-based competitions and individual challenges.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to participants, ensuring they understand the game dynamics and strategies.
• Monitor game progress and provide assistance to participants as needed, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions with laser tag equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized laser tag arena and reception area, including the setup and arrangement of tables and chairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about additional services or upcoming events.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a kids/customer service-oriented role is preferred not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with participants of various ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as laser tag activities often occur during these times.
• First Aid knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in Greek and English language.

Type of Employment

• Part Time.
• Fridays and Weekends.
• Up to 5 Hours on Fridays / Up to 8 hours Shift on Weekends.
• Location: Nicosia - Kaimakli.
• Salary €8.50 Net per hour + Tips .
