We are currently seeking a Lead Entertainer / Lead Performer to join our Entertainment Department. This senior role is ideal for highly skilled performers who combine performance excellence with strong guest engagement and leadership presence, ensuring all entertainment activities align with our brand standards and guest experience philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as a lead performer in all approved daytime and evening shows, including stage productions, themed shows, special events, and interactive performances
- Demonstrate professional-level skills in singing, dancing, and acting, adapting performance style to different audiences and venues
- Ensure all performances meet high artistic, technical, and presentation standards
- Participate actively in rehearsals and support the overall quality and consistency of shows
- Act as a role model for the Entertainment team in professionalism, stage presence, and guest interaction
- Engage guests proactively to create memorable and enjoyable entertainment experiences
- Handle performance equipment, costumes, props, and décor responsibly and report any damage promptly
- Ensure correct storage and protection of all entertainment equipment after use
- Represent the company in line with SPIRIT values, professionalism, and brand image
- Report guest feedback or concerns immediately to the Entertainment Manager or Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in entertainment or performing arts
- Excellent performance level with strong skills in singing, dancing, and acting
- Strong stage presence and confidence in live performances
- Self-motivated, energetic, creative, and adaptable personality
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to lead by example, motivate others, and support team cohesion
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Degree or professional background in Performing Arts or related field is preferred
