Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά άτομο για ένταξη στο Τμήμα Logistics.
Η θέση απευθύνεται σε άτομο που επιθυμεί να αναπτύξει τις δεξιότητές του/της στο supply chain, στη διαχείριση εγγράφων εισαγωγών–εξαγωγών και στην υποστήριξη της ροής πρώτων υλών.
Kαθήκοντα & Αντικείμενο Θέσης
Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα εκπαιδευτεί και θα συμμετέχει στις ακόλουθες διαδικασίες:
Υποστήριξη και παρακολούθηση εισαγωγών/εξαγωγών (documentation & status updates)
‘Έλεγχος Παραγγελιών
Διαχείριση συνοδευτικών & τελωνειακών εγγράφων (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB κ.λπ.)
Συντονισμός με προμηθευτές, μεταφορείς, freight forwarders και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
Παρακολούθηση χρόνων παράδοσης (ETAs), ενημέρωση αρχείων και reports Συντονισμός εγγράφων συμμόρφωσης πρώτων υλών (COA/specs) σε συνεργασία με το QA
Επικοινωνία με εσωτερικά τμήματα για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των διαδικασιών logistics
Τήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων/διαδικασιών του τμήματος (έντυπα & συστήματα)
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
• Πτυχίο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (ενδεικτικά: Logistics, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Διεθνές Εμπόριο ή συναφές)
• Ηλικία έως 30 ετών (βάσει προϋποθέσεων του Σχεδίου)
• Περιορισμένη ή μηδενική σχετική εμπειρία (σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια του Σχεδίου)
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής & Αγγλικής
• Καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel/Outlook)
• Οργάνωση, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, υπευθυνότητα και διάθεση για μάθηση

Our operations are housed in purpose-built facilities spanning 8,500 square metres in the Dali Industrial Area of Nicosia. The site accommodates our production and processing areas, warehouses and administrative offices. It includes dedicated areas for different products and stages of production, as well as separate raw-material and finished-goods warehouses with temperature-controlled storage.
