Maintenance Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administration Officer to join our team at Royal Apollonia. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring the efficient coordination of maintenance activities and the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer and the maintenance team.
- Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests and work orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding quotations, orders, and service appointments.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and departmental paperwork.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and departmental correspondence.
- Ensure all maintenance files and compliance records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering maintenance supplies when required.
- Support the department in achieving health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within maintenance, engineering, facilities management, or the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of both English and Greek.
- EU nationality or an EU Work Permit holder.
