Key Requirements

• Ability to deal with individuals of different nationalities in a professional and tactful manner.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proactive, organized, and with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.

Qualification

• Relevant technical training or certification in maintenance or related fields.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all buildings’ facilities and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain an organized schedule for servicing and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repair work.
• Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
• Inform Admin and the responsible Manager and for any work required beyond his scope / technical capacity and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services.
• Liaise with other departments as required to address maintenance-related issues.
• Train and supervise junior staff, if applicable.
• Implement and improve maintenance procedures and systems.
• Handle correspondence related to maintenance tasks and issues.
