The Single-Family Office is a private entity established to manage the financial, legal, and personal affairs of one wealthy family exclusively. It oversees the family’s investments and long-term interests across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets. With a disciplined and long-term approach, the SFO focuses on capital preservation, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships aligned with the family’s vision.
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out regular inspections and preventive maintenance across the office
• Responding quickly to maintenance issues and unexpected breakdowns
• Handling general repairs and coordinating specialist contractors when needed
• Monitoring and maintaining building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
• Keeping maintenance records up to date
• Managing maintenance-related expenses and helping control costs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
• Helping create a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained workplace for everyone

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in building, facility, property, or general maintenance
• Good practical skills and the ability to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
• Someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
• English language proficiency
