We’re growing fast and looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering preventive and corrective maintenance across company‑managed properties and projects, ensuring residential, commercial, and mixed‑use assets remain safe, functional, and well presented. The role requires a hands‑on, multi‑skilled technician who liaises professionally with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, provides timely updates, resolves maintenance issues, and maintains high service standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform electrical repairs (lighting, wiring, switches, sockets) in line with safety standards.
• Carry out plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, fixture replacements) to prevent damage and service interruptions.
• Complete general building maintenance (painting, patching, minor repairs) in units and common areas.
• Support basic mechanical maintenance (e.g., HVAC systems, pumps, and other installations).
• Carry out carpentry tasks (doors, cabinets, fixtures, furniture assembly/repairs).
• Provide installation support (appliances, TV mounting, audio-visual/home-theatre setups).
• Serve as a first point of contact on site for owners/tenants, providing clear updates on timelines and completion.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and respond promptly to urgent and emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with external contractors when required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technical School certificate/diploma in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related trade.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance/technical role, with multi-disciplinary exposure (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, general building works).
• Strong Health & Safety awareness and safe use of tools and equipment (relevant training is an advantage).
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Professional, service-oriented communication when interacting with tenants and owners.
• Basic digital literacy (mobile devices, email, maintenance logs/reporting systems).
