Armonia Estates Ltd, Leading Property Developers, is seeking to recruit for its prestigious Blu Marine Project in Limassol, an experienced:

Maintenance Technician 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment and systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot all equipment and systems to ensure optimal working performance at all times
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs electronically and ensure compliance with health and safety and all building regulations
• Respond promptly and efficiently to resident and management maintenance requests

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Certification in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel or a branded residence
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
• Professional grooming and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
