We’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician who brings reliability, technical skill, and teamwork to our resort operations across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

·        Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire safety equipment.

·        Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and repair issues such as faulty lighting, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment.

·        Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with elevators, air-conditioning units, water heaters, and kitchen or laundry appliances.

·        Assist in the upkeep of the hotel’s common areas, including lobbies, corridors, staff areas, outdoor spaces, and pool facilities.

·        Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alerts or alarms to prevent breakdowns.

·        Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any damaged or missing items.

·        Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.

·        Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure systems are operating efficiently.

·        Ensure all fire exits, alarms, extinguishers, and safety systems are regularly checked and compliant.

·        Assist with minor painting, carpentry, and touch-up work as needed throughout the hotel.

·        Set up and dismantle equipment or furniture for meetings, banquets, and hotel functions.

·        Participate in on-call shifts for emergency maintenance needs during nights, weekends, or holidays.

·        Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

·        Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear when performing maintenance tasks.

·        Perform any other duties as assigned by management that are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements

·        Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.

·        Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.

·        Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Good physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and carry items and work in outdoor environments.

·        Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

·        Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
