Main Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and technical spaces.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems and take proactive measures.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows hotel, health, and safety standards.
• Cooperate with all departments to maintain smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment is essential.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Team player with a hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.
