Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare the budget of the operation and submit to Food and Beverage Manager
- Supervise the overall operation of the restaurants
- Order items from the main store
- Develop the weekly Departmental Staff Timetable
- Supervise the preparation and execution of functions
- Participate in management meetings, including management reviews for the quality system
- Supervise the training and development of departmental staff
Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.
Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

Job Specifications:
- Work Experience: At least 5 years in similar position
- Academic Qualification: Lyceum Certificate, Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management
- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word
- Languages: English or German, fluently speaking.
