The position

The successful candidates shall receive all types of training to equip them develop into a successful Commercial/Contracting/Yield/Sales managers.

Essential Skills, Competencies & Qualities

·           Ability and willingness to learn and develop

·           Communication skills and understanding the importance of building strong business relationships

·           Good Commercial acumen and basic negotiation skills

·           Awareness and ability to analyse and comprehend data

·           Pro-active and results orientated

·           Trustworthy, honest and committed

Previous experience is not required though an understanding of the general travel & tourism industry would be considered as an advantage

 

Qualifications required:

 

·           BA, BSc degree or respective degree/diploma

·           Good command for the English language is a prerequisite

·           Postgraduate degree might be considered as an advantage

·           Knowledge of a foreign language may be considered as an advantage

·           Analytical skills

 

 

 

Remuneration:
