We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Nicosia. In this role, you will help shape impactful consumer experiences through digital communications, integrated brand campaigns and meaningful engagement across multiple channels for our client Philip Morris Cyprus.
Working closely with agencies, cross-functional teams and Regional and Global partners, you will contribute to the planning and execution of initiatives that strengthen brand presence, engage consumers and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute digital consumer communications across CRM, Viber and other direct engagement channels, ensuring relevant, timely and impactful consumer interactions.
Support end-to-end brand campaigns across online and offline channels, from planning and development through execution and activation.
Ensure a consistent, engaging and impactful brand presence across Consumer Engagement channels.
Monitor brand performance metrics and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business goals.
Collaborate with agencies on annual activity planning and the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, regional partners and Global stakeholders to ensure effective and timely execution of initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a multinational or large local organisation.
Experience in digital communications and online and offline brand campaigns.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with agencies, cross-functional teams and Regional and Global partners.
Proficiency in MS Office.
