CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, the exclusive importer of top motorcycle and ATV brands, and with expanding operations in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their growing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will support the company’s brands, products, and services through copywriting, campaign coordination, creative planning, social media calendar management, and the monitoring of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess proven experience in a relevant marketing role. You will need to be familiar with both online and offline marketing delivery, and be fluent in both Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of integrated B2B and B2C marketing plans with clear objectives and measurable KPIs.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the social media calendar and campaigns across digital and social channels.
- Coordinate product launches, dealer events, demo days, and promotional activations.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement across leads, engagement, orders, and sales results.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinate the website from a marketing perspective, including content accuracy, campaign visibility, product presentation, and conversion support.
- Oversee product presentation and uploads to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
- Monitor marketing-related content and implementations on the website and highlight issues or improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with website, e-commerce, and development teams regarding marketing-related updates and requirements.
- Contribute to improving user experience and conversion flow from a marketing perspective, without being responsible for technical development or coding.
- Coordinate marketing actions carried out by internal staff, agencies, freelancers, or external partners.
- Prepare briefs, follow up on deliverables, and help evaluate execution quality and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency with brand standards, timelines, and agreed marketing priorities.
- Take responsibility for assigned projects, follow-through, and reporting on outcomes.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background in Marketing, PR, or another closely related field.
- Proven experience in a relevant Marketing role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
