This is a hands-on role combining strategy with implementation. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing across the group, work directly with senior management and operational teams, and collaborate with internal and external creative resources while remaining personally involved in execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
· Manage social media, websites, email marketing and digital advertising
· Plan and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google
· Review content for digital and printed materials
· Coordinate creative production, photography and video
· Monitor budgets, leads, bookings and campaign performance
· Maintain the distinct positioning and identity of each brand
· Manage multiple projects from initial idea to final delivery
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
· Minimum five years’ relevant marketing experience
· Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, SEO and analytics
· Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
· Strong organisational, project-management and commercial skills
· Proactive, results-driven and able to work independently
· Experience in hospitality, real estate or restaurants is an advantage
Candidates with substantial relevant experience may also be considered without a related degree.
Full-time position based in Larnaca, with regular visits to our businesses when required.
