Position: Marketing Specialist

Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram Ads management
• Experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
• Ability to shoot and edit marketing videos
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Experience in event planning and execution is an advantage
• Strong marketing, content creation, and promotional skills
• Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize results

Responsibilities:
• Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms
• Create, edit, and publish marketing videos and promotional content
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities and events
• Monitor advertising performance and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
• Assist with brand promotion and overall marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
• Relevant work experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
