WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design and develop specifications for mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, sewage, drainage central heating,fire-fighting etc) installations in buildings.

- Carry out studies of mechanical system installations using specialized design software.

- Evaluate tenders and contractor proposals for ongoing projects.

- Inspect and supervise projects on-site, taking initiative to flag and resolve issues proactively.

- Issue Energy Performance Certificates for buildings.

- Receive structured, hands-on training from our team as you take on more responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or in the final stages of obtaining one).

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage project deadlines.

- Ability to read and interpret project requirements and technical drawings.

- Familiarity with technical standards relevant to mechanical engineering design in buildings.

- Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.

- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in mechanical building systems.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS)

- Experience with MEP design software such as Revit MEP, Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), or similar HVAC load/energy calculation tools.

- Familiarity with European or international mechanical/energy codes and standards (e.g. EN, ASHRAE).

- Prior exposure to tender documentation, BOQs, or cost estimation for mechanical works.

- A Cyprus driving license, for site visits.

- Experience or interest in sustainable design, renewable energy systems, or building energy efficiency.

- A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification.
