The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Medicover Laboratories’ tests and services to doctors, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare professionals. The role requires good knowledge of laboratory tests, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare professionals to promote the company’s laboratory tests and services.
• Present and explain available tests, services, packages, and laboratory solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare partners.
• Understand the company’s laboratory tests and services in order to communicate their value and benefits effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential collaborations with healthcare professionals and clinics.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding their needs, questions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and proper communication with clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or informational material when needed.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, visits, conferences, or events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support the company’s sales and business development goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, laboratory services, healthcare promotion, or business development will be considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of laboratory tests, terminology, and healthcare services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare simple reports or presentations.
• Valid driving license.
• Flexibility to travel for client visits, meetings, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, flexible, and confident in communicating with healthcare professionals. They should have the ability to understand laboratory tests and services, explain them clearly, and build positive long-term relationships with doctors and clinics. A proactive attitude, good listening skills, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
