CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction, Engineering & Events fields, we are seeking to recruit a Multimedia Designer to join their growing team based in Pera Chorio, Nicosia. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This position requires a creative individual with strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. An academic background in a relevant field of study is desirable, and you will need to be a proficient user of the Adobe Creative Suite, with proven experience in both digital and print design. Fluency in Greek and English is essential, along with a demonstrable portfolio of completed work. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design social media content (posts, carousels, reel covers).
• Design printed materials (brochures, banners, flyers, signage).
• Transform raw footage into finished marketing content.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands.
• Assist with photo editing, and preparing visuals.
• Develop creative content within structured brand guidelines.
• Assist with basic content writing (captions, blog drafts, website text).
• Support content preparation and day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Edit short-form video content.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or similar is desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Portfolio with real brand work (digital and print).
• Ability to work well independently.  
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and composition.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing content.
• Ability to manage content across multiple brands.
• Greek and English are required (written and spoken).
