NIGHT AUDITOR / NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

Ajax Hotel 4* in Limassol is seeking a professional and reliable Night Auditor / Night Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk operations during night shifts.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries and requests.
• Perform night audit procedures and daily financial reconciliations.
• Verify guest accounts, payments and transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure smooth handover to the morning shift.
• Handle guest concerns and emergencies professionally.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and security.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Very good command of both Greek and English is required.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Professional attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
