Night Shift Receptionist

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining the safety and security of the premises at night.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and room assignments.
• Answer and transfer phone calls; respond to emails and guest inquiries.
• Monitor security cameras and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and room occupancy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status or urgent requests.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and resourceful under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of front office systems (PMS/booking software) is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• English and Greek language is a must.
Requirements
• Working night shifts from 11-7 (4-5 times per week).
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is desirable).
